Shipping
We ship to virtually any address in the United States. When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates are calculated based on item availability and the shipping method you select.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product page. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound per carrier policy.
Large orders may ship via freight carrier.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refund Timeline
In many cases you'll receive your refund sooner. Total estimated time: up to 4 weeks from when you ship it back.
